We have now published a new version of the neoApp for iOS devices fixing the issue some customers have been experiencing around the unexpected closure of the app at launch. You can immediately update the app via Apple app store on your phone or iPad, the newest version is 3.0.59 which you can confirm both in the app store and in app.

We are aware of an issue with the latest version of the neoApp for iOS devices. Our team has identified the cause and has updated the app which will be available on Apple Store within the next 1-2 days.

You are still able to control your heating using your thermostats, This issue effect the app only and your heating will continue to function as before. In the meantime, please try using another device as this issue doesn’t appear on all Apple devices. If you have an Android device, you can use the neoApp without any problems.
