This issue was caused with a down stream weather provider dependency failing to supply information in a timely response. This dependency has been temporarily removed to increase our response time to our customers whilst we investigate further to avoid disruption.
We are currently investigating an issue regarding connetivity of our customers to the neoApp. Please note thermostats in your home are unaffected at this time.
