We will be performing a system upgrade to our Cloud Services from 12am - 4am on Tuesday 19th March 2019.

During this time, your neoHub/SmartStat will not be accessible via the Heatmiser app or via our Smart Home connections (Alexa, IFTTT, Google Home)

Your neoHub/SmartStat will automatically reconnect after the system upgrade.
