We have now begun the roll out of 2187 which corrects the issue that was causing neoAir thermostats to drop off the system.

Your neoHub will update automatically over the next 24-48 hours. Once you see the firmware listed as 2187 in the Settings/About screen in the App, please re-pair any missing thermostats back to your system.

We would like to apologise for the trouble caused. Please do get in touch with our support team if you have any further issues.

We are aware of an issue in the 2182 firmware release that resulted in the neoAir thermostat disconnecting from the neoHub for some customers.

We now believe we have corrected the issue and we have rolled out 2186. Your neoHub should automatically receive this update over the next few days.

If you believe you have had this issue, please send an email to and we can force the update to your neoHub if it hasn't updated already.
