Recovering

We have now begun the roll out of 2187 which corrects the issue that was causing neoAir thermostats to drop off the system.

Your neoHub will update automatically over the next 24-48 hours. Once you see the firmware listed as 2187 in the Settings/About screen in the App, please re-pair any missing thermostats back to your system.

We are still working on this issue but we believe we now have a resolution for it. We hope to be able to roll out the fix over the next 24-48 hours.

Unfortunately reports over the weekend indicate the issue is ongoing. The team are still looking into the issue and we hope to have more news to share soon. ​ Whilst we troubelshoot the issue, you can always control the heating via the wall thermostat. ​ We apologise for the inconvenience. ​ Regards Heatmiser

Unfortunately reports this morning indicates the issue is on-going in the latest 2186 release.

The team are still investigating and we will provide further info here once available.

Please note that your heating will continue to operate and you can always adjust your heating on the wall thermostat whilst we address the issue.

Investigating

We are aware of an issue in the 2182 firmware release that resulted in the neoAir thermostat disconnecting from the neoHub for some customers.

We now believe we have corrected the issue and we have rolled out 2186. Your neoHub should automatically receive this update over the next few days.

If you believe you have had this issue, please send an email to support@heatmiser.com and we can force the update to your neoHub if it hasn't updated already.

If your thermostats have disconnected, please wait until the firmware has been updated and then follow the links here to re-pair your thermostats back to the neoHub
