Please note you must join and install the Beta build.

This will allow you to get logged into the app.

We have submitted a Beta app to Google play store for users on OS version 9 or below to help resolve the issue for those users, THIS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO USERS PENDING GOOGLE APPROVAL ON OR BEFORE THE MORNING OF January 11th 2025. please read the full note for explination of cause.

Security updates for Android OS 9 where ended by Goggle on 1st January 2022 which means root certificates are no longer being added for these devices.

If you are experiencing issues with connectivity to your system via the Android app at login, this is being caused by the operating system on Android no longer updating your SSL root certificates. This is not a bug in the Heatmiser app.

We have produced a Beta build which will be available on the Android Play Store after review expected by the morning of Saturday January 11. This includes the required SSL root certificate to enable you to continue to interact with your system. We encourage you to update your operating system where possible, as support for some GlobalSign certificates expired in January 2024. This means renewals thereafter, such as Heatmiser's last night, will stop working for your operating system.
